Delivery usually takes 3–15 business days depending on the destination country. Most EU orders arrive within this timeframe:

  • Germany, Netherlands, Austria: 3–8 days

  • France, Switzerland, Spain, Belgium: 5–10 days

  • Italy, Czech Republic: 5–12 days

  • Other EU countries: 5–15 days

For discretion, we currently do not provide tracked shipping. However, once you receive the shipping confirmation email, you can expect your order within the stated delivery window.

We ship across the entire European Union (EU), including Germany, France, Spain, Italy, Netherlands, Austria, and more. Please see the full country list on our Shipping Policy page.

You may update your shipping address only on the same day of placing your order, until 23:59 (local time), and only if the order has not yet left our shipping department.

  • Once an order is marked Complete, the shipping address cannot be changed.

  • Orders with incomplete addresses (e.g., missing house numbers) or those shipped to hotels/rental facilities will be automatically rejected and are not refundable or reshippable.

After placing your order, you’ll be redirected to our secure external payment gateway, where you can complete your purchase with any major credit card.

Yes. Each vape pen comes with a pre-charged battery. A small light will indicate when the battery is low, at which point you can recharge it easily.
