Chillleaf Refund & Returns Policy
At Chillleaf, we value our customers and strive to deliver high-quality products and reliable service. However, due to the nature of our industry and the volatility of cryptocurrencies, our refund and return policy is more limited than traditional retail. Please take a moment to carefully review the details below before placing your order.
Eligibility Window
Our refund and return policy is valid for 2 days (48 hours) after you receive your package. If more than 48 hours have passed since your order was marked as delivered, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund, exchange, or reshipment.
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be unused, unopened, and in the exact condition you received it.
- The item must be in its original packaging, with all seals intact.
We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for products that have been opened, used, or tampered with.
Refunds & Reshipments
Once we receive your return, our team will inspect it to verify eligibility. You will then receive an email notification confirming that we have received your item, along with the approval or rejection of your refund request.
- If approved: Your refund will be processed, and funds will be credited back to your original payment method (such as your crypto wallet). Please allow a few business days for the transaction to appear.
- If rejected: We will notify you of the reason, and unfortunately, no refund will be issued.
Shipping Address Policy
It is your responsibility to provide an accurate and complete shipping address during checkout. Please note:
- Shipping addresses can only be updated on the same day the order is placed, and only until 11:59 PM (23:59) that day.
- Once an order is marked “Complete” (and you have received the confirmation email), the address can no longer be changed.
- Orders placed with an incorrect address will not be reshipped or refunded.
- Any orders with incomplete addresses (such as missing house/apartment numbers) or orders directed to hotels, rental properties, or temporary accommodations will also be deemed non-refundable and non-reshippable.
Sale & Discounted Items
Only items purchased at their regular price are eligible for refunds. Unfortunately, items purchased on sale or promotion are not refundable.
Exchanges
We only replace items in the following cases:
- If your item arrives defective or damaged, or
- If you received the wrong product by mistake.
If you qualify for an exchange, we will provide you with instructions to return the item, and once received, we will send out the replacement as quickly as possible.
Please note: exchanges are always processed for the same item originally purchased.
Important Notes
- Refunds will only be issued once we have received and inspected the returned item.
- Chillleaf is not responsible for losses resulting from incorrect shipping details provided by the customer.
- Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
